One of the most foundational needs to honor God in our lives, especially in suffering, is to truly trust Him.  One of the foundations to that trust is to know with full assurance that He is in control of everything that comes our way.

Believers must be clear on the Biblical teaching that suffering is part of the plan of God for our sanctification.  We will suffer, it is from God, it is purposeful, and we are "called" to this
